The Label We Provide Is ONLY SUITABLE
FOR LETTER FORMAT WITH
THE MINIMUM MAILPIECE SIZE OF 102mm x 140mm
If you use this Label on anything bigger than 102x140, you may be surcharged by RM at 20p per item
Items WILL STILL GET BACK TO YOU, but please be aware of the potential surcharge from RM !
WE CAN STILL CREATE YOUR ARTWORK FOR YOU FOR ALL SIZES
onto either Rolls or A4 Sheet Labels
Services Labels require the various elements of Artwork
Our advice is for You to generate the Artwork Yourself via the Royal Mail Website
The Return Address needs to be EXACTLY as per your RM Contract, as this will match with
PAF (Postal Address File). Please Select "Minimum Size" and Download as "GIF" File
And The Format
of Letter, Large Letter or Parcel
The Required Information can be input after Checkout, via our Print Info Web Form
All Prices Include VAT and Express Delivery
If we are generating the Artwork for you, we will set the Template into the correct positions
send an Electronic Proof to both you and to Royal Mail.
We MUST gain their Final Approval before Printing your Labels. Royal Mail will probably request
some sort of change or re-positioning. which is usually the case. Please do not worry about this, we willre-position appropriately and re-send another Proof to both you and RM again (no further charges).
Mail can take upto 2 weeks to Approve!
